  • How do I make sure the item I've chosen fits?

We have a sizing chart for rings and bracelets you can use as a reference. However, we highly recommend you reach out to us directly. We would like your experience to be as customized as possible to get the best fit for you.

  • What materials do you have available?

We can accommodate most materials. The cost will vary depending on the material chosen. To discuss how we can help you personalize your items, send us an email at info@ramonaalbert.com.

  • Do you offer engraving?

Yes, we can provide engraving on all our pieces at an additional cost. If you'd like to engrave an item, please reach out to us before placing your order.

  • How do I return an item?

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase, if they are in their original conditions and original packaging. We don't offer returns for personalized items. For more information on our return policy, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.

  • Can I exchange an item?
We don't provide exchanges. However, if you'd like another piece, you need to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you just have to make a separate order for the new item.
